At Locobeauty.com your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products. Free returns are only provided to customers who receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item. 

Eligible Products:

  • There is a 20% restocking fee on Item(s) no longer wanted which are returned on its original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged ).Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Contact us at support@locobeauty.com to obtain a return label on eligible items.
  • Initial & return label shipment cost will not be credited .In this case a refund of only the items total after restocking fee will be issued.

Ineligible Products:

  • Items being returned after 30 days of receiving package. ( No Exception )
  • Final sale items. We are not responsible for refund for this case.
  • Item(s) sent without original packaging. (No Exception )
  • Item(s) sent to our address without requests for a  RMA. (In that case, we are not responsible for refund).

All inquiries and complains about delivered items must be made within the 30 days of receiving your order.

There is a  50% restocking fee for voluntarily returned items that are not in its original condition, opened, used, or no longer in saleable condition.

We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent or if an incorrect shipping address is provided.(in this case refund of only the product will be applied).To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we suggest you verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email.
